Information collected automatically. Once the Site is live, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we never collect. We do not collect payment, banking, or other financial information through this Site. Please do not submit financial information in the contact form.

How We Use and Share Your Information

We use your inquiry information to respond to you, check availability, and arrange photography services.

Sharing with photography vendors. Pittsburgh Family Photography arranges sessions with independent third-party photographers. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to our sharing the information in your inquiry with a third-party photography vendor for the purpose of fulfilling your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as required by law.

Form processing. Contact-form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service, to our email inbox. Their handling of submission data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping. You may request deletion of your inquiry information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults booking photography services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this Site.
